IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR PATIENTS:

Business Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am-5 pm. 

Messages are not monitored outside of normal business hours. 

Please allow up to 72 hours for practitioners to respond as messages are addressed in the order they were received. 

If questions require a longer answer, your practitioner may request that you schedule an appointment.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, we encourage you to seek professional emergency medical attention immediately.

Dr. Dyer will be rounding at the hospital Friday September 5th-8th. He will return to the office Tuesday Sept 9th. Thank you for your patience in portal message replies! 

Nurtritionist - Kathryn will be out of the country Aug 27th -Sept 5th, with no access to messages. If you have an urgent issue that cannot wait, please call the office, otherwise, messages will be answered starting Monday Sept 8th. 

Dr. Dyer will be out of the office Thursday September 11th and will return Friday Sept 9th! 

Dr. Hubbard will be out of the office Sept 18th -22nd. She will return Tuesday Sept 23rd. Thank you for your patience in protal message replies.

Fee-For-Service patients will be charged a $35 portal message fee per medical conversation. 
This includes messages to our pracitioners and nutritionist.

CANCELLATION FEE NOTICE:

Please be advised that cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will be subject to a charge of $25. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be processed without a penalty. 

SHIPPING FEES:

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $6 for all supplement and product packages shipped from our office that have a total value of less than $100. We greatly appreciate your understanding and support.
