Please allow up to 72 hours for practitioners to respond as messages are addressed in the order they were received.

Introducing The Premier Health Collective (PHC)
Launched October 1st, 2025! This new membership model offers next-level support, accountability, and direct access to our care team. Patients who’ve completed a PIH program can join 3–5 live classes each week on topics like nutrition, exercise, stress resilience, hormone health, gut health, mindset, and more. These sessions connect you directly with our providers, coaches, and community–something traditional visits can’t offer. Join the PHC now (or once your program ends) to get instant access to these sessions!
NOTICE: As of January 1, 2026, patients who are not currently in a Premier Signature Program or Premier Metabolic Reset Program must be enrolled in the PHC to continue care at PIH.

This includes messages to our pracitioners and nutritionist.

CANCELLATION FEE NOTICE:
Please be advised that cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will be subject to a charge of $25. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be processed without a penalty.
SHIPPING FEES:
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $6 for all supplement and product packages shipped from our office that have a total value of less than $100. We greatly appreciate your understanding and support.
