Regular Business Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am-5 pm.
Messages are not monitored outside of normal business hours.
Please allow up to 72 hours for practitioners to respond as messages are addressed in the order they were received. If questions require a longer answer, your practitioner may request that you schedule an appointment. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, we encourage you to seek professional medical attention immediately.
Dr. Hubbard is only in the office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays.

Fee-For-Service patients will be charged a $35 portal message fee per medical conversation.

CANCELLATION FEE NOTICE:
Please be advised that cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will be subject to a charge of $25. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be processed without a penalty.
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $6 for all supplement and product packages shipped from our office that have a total value of less than $100. We greatly appreciate your understanding and support.
